We offer Stick N Puck sessions for players who wish to work on their own. This ice time is dedicated to practice hockey skills in an Individual session. This is an individual (small groups) based session where players practice their hockey skills and shooting skills.

The current schedule can be found here and currently we are requiring digital payment ahead of time through Fareharbor.

All players must be in full gear for a Stick and Puck Session.

ONLY SJHA Coaches and Instructors may wear helmet, gloves and skates. 

All times are subject to change by the general manager

Helmets must be worn at all times this includes instructors
