Basic Skills / Learn To Skate Program

Lynnwood Ice Center Basic Skills program proudly prepares your skater for their next steps in skating.  Seattle Skating Club offers private lessons at Olympic View Arena for the aspiring competitive skater.  They can be found on the web at seattleskatingclub.org or at their office (425) 672-6885.  Seattle Junior Hockey Association offers the best in youth hockey programs from the very beginner to the elite player.  They can be found on the web at seattlejuniorhockey.com or via phone at (425) 672-7744.


Learn to Skate Classes for
Toddlers, Children, Teens & Adults
Class Fee of $85 includes:
-30 minute group lessons once a week
-90 minute public session immediately following
      group lesson.
-Use of our rental skates for lesson if needed
-USFS Basic Skills Membership with Seattle Skating Club!

Thank you for your interest.  Our Learn To Skate program offers lessons for all skill and age levels in both figure and hockey from beginner to level 8.  All Lynnwood Ice Center LTS instructors are USFS certified with years of skill and knowledge.  Our LTS team looks forward to assisting you in your learning experience.  We can also assist you in advancement into one of our associate skating clubs if you so desire. The two industry leading organizations associated with Lynnwood Ice Center and Olympicview Arena are; Seattle Skating Club the principal association for figure skating in the Northwest or Seattle Junior Hockey Association the premier youth hockey organization in our area.
