Basic Skills / Learn To Skate Program

Lynnwood Ice Center Basic Skills program proudly prepares your skater for their next steps in skating.  Seattle Skating Club offers private lessons at Olympic View Arena for the aspiring competitive skater.  They can be found on the web at seattleskatingclub.org or at their office (425) 672-6885.  Seattle Junior Hockey Association offers the best in youth hockey programs from the very beginner to the elite player.  They can be found on the web at seattlejuniorhockey.com or via phone at (425) 672-7744.

received in our office no later than 5pm
the day prior to class to participate that
week.  This includes late registrations.  
No registrations accepted after 5pm

INTRODUCING SYNCHRONIZED
BASIC  SKILLS WITH
COACH PAUL ASKHAM


Tired of the same basic skills program?
Come give syncronized skating a try.
Coach Paul will be introducing students to
the elements required in synchro such as
skating in a straight line, wheels, and block
formations. Minimum skills needed to participate
in this class are: stops, edges, and 3 turns.

Thank you for your interest.  Our Learn To Skate program offers lessons for all skill and age levels in both figure and hockey from beginner to level 8.  All Lynnwood Ice Center LTS instructors are USFSA certified with years of skill and knowledge.  Our LTS team looks forward to assisting you in your learning experience.  We can also assist you in advancement into one of our associate skating clubs if you so desire. The two industry leading organizations associated with Lynnwood Ice Center and Olympicview Arena are; Seattle Skating Club the principal association for figure skating in the Northwest or Seattle Junior Hockey Association the premier youth hockey organization in our area. For registration or information on our Learn To Skate Program please call our office at 425-640-9999.   You can also fill out the form located below and email it to us.  We will follow up with the information you need.  We accept (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) cash or check. Lynnwood Ice Center is home to both Seattle Junior Hockey and Seattle Skating Club.
